Erdung und Potentialausgleich fürs Einfamilienhaus
Eine funktionsfähige Erdungsanlage ist die Grundlage für den sicheren Betrieb der elektrischen Systeme im Einfamilienhaus. Sie leitet den Blitzstrom in die Erde, wo er keinen Schaden anrichten kann. Das ist für Neubauten und Bestandsgebäude gleichermaßen wichtig. Die Erdung sorgt somit auch dafür, dass die Bewohner vor gefährlich hohen Spannungen geschützt sind.
Schenken Sie der Planung und Ausführung der Erdungsanlage genügend Aufmerksamkeit, denn Versäumnisse oder Fehler in der Errichtungsphase können Eigentümer nachträglich nicht mehr, oder nur mit sehr hohem Aufwand, korrigieren lassen.

Gerade bei Wohngebäuden ohne Keller bietet sich zur schnellen Installation eines normativen Erdungssystems die Variante mit Tiefenerdern an. Diese lässt sich schnell und einfach installieren.

Wenn durch den Kelleraushub bereits ein Graben um das Gebäude existiert, kann ein Ringerder ohne Mehraufwand erdfühlig verlegt werden
Eine Erdungsanlage kann mit Ringerder ohne kombinierten Potentialausgleich erfolgen, sofern die normativen Bedingungen für den Verzicht auf die kombinierte Potentialausgleichsanlage erfüllt sind (s. Formblatt zur Planung einer Erdungsanlage für Einfamilienhäuser). Der Ringerder wird als geschlossener Ring um die bauliche Anlage verlegt. Dabei ist eine Maschenweite von max. 20 m x 20 m einzuhalten.
DEHN empfiehlt für ein Standardwohngebäude die Errichtung einer Erdungsanlage mit niederimpedanter Anschlussmöglichkeit (L-Anordnung zusätzlich im Beton), um für zukünftige Veränderungen der Elektroinstallation vorbereitet zu sein. Sofern ein äußeres Blitzschutzsystem errichtet wird, ist eine kombinierte Potentialausgleichsanlage (zusätzlicher, geschlossener Ring im Beton) zwingend vorgeschrieben.
